Jordan arrived at our home in January of 2016 more than prepared to sell us a roof. He has thorough knowledge of everything about the products DeBella sells and also about the company, it's history and how DeBella stands behind all that they sell. The roof was on the house in 2 days during February of 2016. It looks outstanding and the work was done flawlessly. I couldn't be more impressed with this experience. This is only a review of the contact with Mike Roberts and Justin Johnson. The presentation of the roofing system that DaBella installs was presented in a very informative and professional manner. A lot of time was spent on details of the existing roof and what DaBella offered to fix the issues. No work has been performed at this point.
Ian Wheeler was amazing!! He was so patient and answered every question. I am SO excited to have my new windows!! Ian made all the difference on my decision with his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for the product

This is a review for the sales experience as the bath will not be done until January. Jacob and JR were knowledgeable in the product and the presentation was done in a very informative manner. They went over all the little details so we know exactly what we will be getting when it is installed. We will most likely contact DaBella again for our next home improvement project.
This review is for the sales experience of both vinyl siding and new windows. They won't be installed until Jan/Feb. This was our first time getting siding replaced, and Joshua Brown was fantastic. Joshua was honest and direct, and didn't try to sell us product that we didn't want. He was able to show the pros and cons of various types of siding, without being pushy as to why DaBella was the right choice. Chance Kelley was professional, very informative, pleasant and took the time to explain in detail the project, give me options, and suggestions. We were not ready to move forward with our project yet but were very happy with the estimate and the time we spend with him was very productive.
Have only had the initial quote so far. Was a lot longer than we thought it would be. The sales rep was nice but a little like a used car salesman. We did go with this company and hope we get what was promised as far as a warranty and product.
