Never hire DaBella to do any work on your house. We had a new roof put on in 2018, it was installed it wrong and has been leaking for years. We have contacted them multiple times aboutbthis problem. They only decided to do something about it when I showed them a video of water coming in through the roof onto my floor, creating a puddle on the floor. Cannot recommend based on the no call no show I got from them. I drove 2.5 hrs for my appointment with them. Took hours to get a call from them AFTER I had called when no one showed or called to say they couldn't make it for the appointment they had with me. They continue to call me to reschedule the appointment 🙄

Be less sneaky and more upfront about their business practices. Asked me to write a good review after the pitch, which wasn't bad, but nothing but bad experiences with them and their subcontracted company the whole rest of the way. Wrote a review of my experience, good and bad, and they tried to pay me to take it down. A cousin of mine ended up hiring them around the same time and said they were shady and unprofessional with them too.
This company asks you to write review before installation is completed and salesperson is graded depending on their review. Not right in my opinion. Sales person, Isaac Mitchum was polite and professional. But, Be careful when signing. I was never told I could back out the first couple days of singing the paperwork. So now I’m stuck overpaying this installation. I was given the option to back out and still pay half of the amount. $30K for 860sqft house for siding. myka was very informative, good quality product, but the company pulled money out of my acount before the agreed date, did not communicate in any way to let me know that my rafters were bad. they just kept on building, myka nor any supervisor visited during the project to assure the Job was done properly or else this wouldn't have happened. wouldn't recommend Dabellas for roofing, save yourself the trouble and find someone else.
