This was our first time hiring to do a bathroom shower install and we are very pleased with the end result. Everything went smoothly from consult to install. The young man that did the install (Austin) was very thorough from start to finish. We thought they were a little pricey, but the quality of their product may be worth it. We weren't sure how to rate the value for money because this was our first time experience dealing with DaBella and hopefully they will stand behind their guarantees.
I had DaBella Exteriors install a roof in August 2013. After a recent windstorm I called DaBella to do an inspection to see if I needed repairs. Mike Kromm crawled around in my attic looking for damage and then got up on the two-story roof. After several large limbs fell on my roof all he could identify was one cracked shingle. I got a good roof which is great but I'm even happier with the service.
What a difference new windows make! Mike Roberts showed me how inefficient my old aluminum windows were, and he was right! I have owned triple pane windows now for almost six months, my house has stayed cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter and much quieter! The DaBella team, from Mike to the installers was great! My new windows have improved the look and value of my home and I am very pleased. Looking forward to my next project and won't hesitate to use DaBella!
Sales persons Matt Pittam and Lance Fagan were professional in demeanor and provided clear and concise information regarding product and product quality. Information regarding costs, timelines, and financing was also presented.
We just had our first consultation with DaBella and were pleasantly surprised by the honest and friendly employees Chris R & Jordan that we met. No high pressure sales for the first time in 50 years of dealing with sales people. Chris R & Jordan were very knowledgeable and polite. They were willing help us any way they could. They had answers for all our questions. It was really a pleasure doing business with them. We will be getting our new roof soon and will post another review when the job is finished.
Lance was was great to work with. He was friendly, easygoing and no pressure. DaBella (Lance) was the only contractor that actually inspected the attic space as well as the roof exterior! Lance also provided pictures and explained everything he saw. Our project has yet to kick off, but I would suggest anyone in the market for a roof, to give them a call. If nothing else, you will get a honest assessment.
The customer care is excellent. Jeff inspected everything and gave an honest opinion of the needs. He also recommended a product designed for my needs. Thank you DaBella Exteriors and Jeff.
Dabella Exteriors did a great job on my Windows. Jeff Weigel, the rep, was very helpful in explaining the options. I like the lifetime warranty and that the installers are factory trained.
My windows are over 30 years old and very drafty, I may as well leave the doors open. Jeff was very thorough in showing me the different types of windows available and giving me excellent info to make a sound decision. I'll add comments when it's all done. I think so far they're great to work with and very pleasant, not pushy.
