Sales team comes with the inspection, very friendly, want you to make your decision quickly. once I did, things really rolled, they actually did it before the scheduled time.

Kept their schedule and kept us informed as the project progressed. Courteous workers and the salesman, Richard was very professional and friendly. Reported damage but now found it to be the loss of some gutter helmet and the nailing of the end guard to the roof which destroys the function of the guard. The end piece was missing so instead to telling me they just nailed the end to the room instead of keeping with the functional design of the gutter. Great people, from salesman to guy who measure & the installers!! VERY Pleased !!
Had some difficulties with the amount of time it took to complete the project. Part of the reason for this was the extreme amount of work needed in our city because of hail damage. The roof is beautiful.

Sales team is great and helps put you at ease through the process. Customer service and resolution to issues is painstaking!! No communication between sales rep and construction crew. When inquiries or communication needed the sales guy would just state-"tell the crew".
