Shawn Casey presentation from the beginning to the end was exceptional. A very professional and knowledgeable person on windows. His integrity showed in every word of his presentation. After agreeing to the types of windows we would buy Shawn took me with him in measuring every window and sliding door that is going to be replaced. He will be there on the installation date with the installers should there be any questions. Steven Carlson was the sales rep for my project and he was easy to communicate with and made me feel very comfortable answering questions. He even spoke with my very analytical son who was very clear on what he wanted done. Steve followed up with the master elite contractors guide for him.
