Have most of my windows either replaced or being replaced as well as two French doors. Windows are expensive but wonderful. Could feel a difference with winter and summer. Doors aren't the best. Got some warping on both and, if painted black, scratch easily. Though they have a great warranty, it's a bit of a hassle to get replaced. Their salesman, Jeff W, has been communicative and trying to help me so thus the 5 on customer service
The initial sales appointment was LONG and my bathtub seemed expensive, however I am very pleased with the product.
As of 7/8/17, I have only recently hired this company, no work has started as of yet. This makes my review based on the initial meeting only. The initial meeting was/IS LONG. I can see the need for this as they are very thorough and want to make the most of the experience. Answering all and any questions seems to be paramount. From start to finish Chance was a great help. He gave a great presentation, giving us a great education about the project and the product. He checked back throughout the process to make sure everything was running smoothly. When all was complete he came by to make sure we were happy with the whole process. And of course we couldn't be happier. The windows are fabulous they reduce the heat in the house tremendously, and look great as well.
Beautiful roof! The work and materials were excellent. Clean up was immaculate. One small miscommunication, but once we connected with the right person, it was taken care of to our satisfaction.
We have only signed on with Dabella and have not yet begun the project, making it very difficult to rate the quality and customer service. Matt and Sierra Marshall were very thorough in their description of their product, their commitment to service and quality and their love and belief in this company. I have not had the repair done yet but, was impressed with the presentation & willingness to answer my questions in regards to the sad shape of my current roof. Eddie S. took extra care in trying to get us the best financing he could. He was very thorough & knowledgeable in regards to the product he was promoting, letting us know what to expect. Great job.
We had our roof replaced by DaBellas about 3 years ago and had such a positive experience that when it came time for new siding and windows we knew exactly who to call! Ian W has been knowledgebleand courteous...even when I changed my mind and added line and case to the windows after the initial consult! Installation crew did good job, considering weather. Communication from head office (scheduler/coordinator) was lacking. Phone calls were not promptly returned and consideration to keep customer informed seemed lacking.
