From my perspective, reroofing my house was a painless process. The crew started Monday morning and finished that afternoon. The only drawback was left-over (excess) materials were left on my property for about a week. I'm not sure why that took so long. Other than that, the job went well and I have a beautiful new roof. I would hire this company again.
The sales side of the experience wasn't perfect. They were a little pushy and the product was a bit pricey. The subcontractor who did the work was a joy. The crew was pleasant and professional and the project lead made sure everything was right. There was one item where the salesman appeared to misrepresent the situation, but the sub made it right. In a perfect world, I'd love to buy the product directly and hire the subcontractor.

Josiah Owinyo came out to give us a quote on our roof and gutters. He spent quality time on assessing our needs, explaining the product and procedures, and finding us the best deal. Josiah created a partnership with us in our journey of obtaining a new roof. Because of his time, energy, and genuineness we feel we made the best choice with choosing Reve as our roofing & gutter company.
I was impressed with the amount of time they spent explaining everything, the thoroughness of the investigation, and the booklet they left behind. Also, they offered financing....without that , I wouldn't have been able to afford it. The quality of the roof is top-notch!

We met with Nicole Lyle yesterday to discuss the replacement of our asphalt shingle roof. Nicole did a very thorough inspection of our roof, then she sat down with us and explained what needed to be done, the products they use, and the process to replace our roof. Our project started on time and finished /2 day more then planned,we did have afew issues come up but they were very quickly fixed and the our full satifaction. We have a great roof that is a quality product.
The roofing team did an outstanding job! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to insure we were happy with the process as well as results. They did a great job protecting our garden areas, and collaborated on design considerations on placement of our new skylight.
