Richard Macklin came to our home and did a full inspection of our roof. He was very professional and friendly. He discovered and showed us parts of our roof that are in major need of repair and replacement. Richard was extremely knowledgeable about the best ways to go about not only fixing our roof, but also how to bring it up to code as well as make our home more energy efficient. He was able to answer and best explain all our questions. We are happy to say we decided to do business with Reve Exteriors and Richard.
I requested a female to come to my home for a quote on replacing my roof. Nicole M. Lyle (having returned from Thailand the day before) arrived early, despite her jet lag. We are both 73. I have had three back surgeries, my partner has had a tumor removed from his brain and we were scared of having to step over the tub to enter our shower. Brody came to show us their catalog of walk in showers. He spent a lot of time with us and we selected the one we wanted. He did not attempt to up sell up at all. Kyle Barritt, The young man who came out to our home was very helpful and informative and dressed like a real professional. He explained how the weather stopper roofing system worked and we really do have the peace of mind that we will not ever have to worry about a roof again.
The sales person implied they had there own specially trained crews, but that is not the case. I have a deck cover that attaches to the baseboard of the roof, which developed a leak after they were done. They said they would send someone out, but never did. The subcontractor crew did a good job on the roof itself.
Pricey.......but goes with the old saying "you get what you pay for"! Roof replacement was completed in 2 days and clean-up was immaculate.
I met with the project manager Kent Shannon. He was very polite and professional. He is a great person to work with. Also he took his time to describe how good the roof will be.
Steve Elliott the sales person who came to my house was very helpful and could answer any question I threw at him, I was really happy with the products as well as the financing options reve exteriors offered.
This is a review of the sales staff. Doug Fowler and Tay Huynh came to my home to assess my need for a new roof, and I was impressed greatly by the comprehensive attention they paid to my home and to my questions. Their quiet professionalism and persistence led me to choose their firm--I had originally only wanted a comparison bid for another roofer.
