Tanya and Kimberly were awsome they both gave us a run down of everything from product price also they went in my shower did measurements and explained the process from start to finish... I will say I wish that the timing was different for us. We won't go anywhere else, they definitely sold us. (Sales pitch by Kimberly was great, superior to others we'd gotten, great combination of features and product, we look forward to our new shower!) But this is not what happened, after many months, two wrong sized doors, and terrible workmanship we terminated our relationship with them. I do NOT recommend DaBella in any way.

Kimberly, and Newell came to my home for a window replacement bid\evaluation. They are very knowledgeable about there products, they made me feel comfortable through out an hour and a half sit down. They seem to be very family and community oriented. They are also very good with problem solving, including financing. They are able to provide a wide range of products along with solutions to most home issues. They were not pushy, and willing to answer my redundant questions. The sales staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and knowledgable. Their focus was on customer education, and they weren't pushy. They took the time needed to scope the work, and the Made in America guarantees for much of their material is also ideal. I look forward to using them for future remodels.
