Have only had the initial quote so far. Was a lot longer than we thought it would be. The sales rep was nice but a little like a used car salesman. We did go with this company and hope we get what was promised as far as a warranty and product.
This is only a review of the contact with Mike Roberts and Justin Johnson. The presentation of the roofing system that DaBella installs was presented in a very informative and professional manner. A lot of time was spent on details of the existing roof and what DaBella offered to fix the issues. No work has been performed at this point.
This review is for the sales experience of the windows. They won't be installed until February. Second time using DaBella, as they also replaced my roof and did a fantastic job. Skyler Johnson was the sales rep that came to my home. He was knowledgeable about the products and I was impressed with the quality of the windows.
This review is for the sales experience of both vinyl siding and new windows. They won't be installed until Jan/Feb. This was our first time getting siding replaced, and Joshua Brown was fantastic. Joshua was honest and direct, and didn't try to sell us product that we didn't want. I was most impressed with Justin Johnson. He took many pictures of my roof and totally convinced me it was in my best interest to replace my roof rather than put a band aide on it. He showed me written proof that his company is the only way to go. They are the best in the nation with roofing materials, and, above else, customer service. He worked with my budget and made it possible to accomplish this job.
It's hard to write a fair review, but I've talked with a few of their representatives, including Monty Pederson, who was exceptionally well versed in his field. It's not common in this day in age where a business can answer most of your questions before you can even ask them. They were surprisingly honest about everything as well, From what the job would Intel to the price, to how long it would take to pay off ect.
