I met with Evan and John from DaBella about my roof and they were unbelievably helpful. Answered my *many* questions with patience and great information. My roof looked fine from the outside, but the attic inspection showed internal issues due to water damage that would have gotten much worse with time. These guys saved me real trouble down the line!
John and Alex came out and were great!! Very professional and knowledgeable. Came out to take a look at the roof and brought to lite some issues i wasn't aware of. Real people. New roof on its way.
This company and James Keller, their sales rep, really went way above the norm to help me get my roof replaced and a walk in shower installed. I just had my roof replaced about 2 years ago and it leaks, growing mold in my attic, there is plywood that is exposed to the weather. They actually used scotch tape under the shingles. I had this done through a program that is supposed to help seniors to stay in their home. I can no longer trust these people to hire contractors that are not professionally trained. Alex and Matt explained their roofing proposal and gave me a quote for installing a new roof on my house. They were good listeners and communicators and helped me with my decision making process.
Getting a new roof is somewhat like new tires…not the most exciting purchase but a necessity to protect your investment and have peace of mind.
