Haven't had the work done yet but Tyler Smallwood & Joey Venegas were our sales reps. They spent a lot more time with us than expected (was a super late night but they were really friendly & easy going, totally cool about it) & have been super responsive & helpful to questions & adjusting our projects to fit our needs & monetary restrictions. We’re getting 3 windows replaced. Matt and Scott were the ones we met with. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all our questions. I can hardly wait to get the new windows installed.
The technicians Chris Wardrip and Nathan Harris were awesome. They were very thorough and didn’t rush through my concerns.
