Never hire DaBella to do any work on your house. We had a new roof put on in 2018, it was installed it wrong and has been leaking for years. We have contacted them multiple times aboutbthis problem. They only decided to do something about it when I showed them a video of water coming in through the roof onto my floor, creating a puddle on the floor. doesn't recommend DaBella (Redding, CA). 3h · We had a DaBella salesperson out to give us an estimate on replacing the tub to a shower and they kept trying to pressure us into taking out a loan for over a half an hour for the project, and I kept saying NO I will deal with the bank myself on that. Dabella uses scare tactics, aggressive sales marketing and lies to convince you your home is in worse condition than it is. We apparently have 60k worth of siding that “absolutely needs taken care of now” after a 20 min inspection in the dark. We just moved in and they tried to convince us we were ripped off by our seller and agents. It came out to 1,100 a month and then they continued to “call their manager” to get us a good deal, it was a fake phone call, he wasn’t even on the phone. Overpriced, almost impossible to get customer service, ignored our cancellation form, cashed our check anyway, manager argued with us, 3 1/2 weeks with no refund. This company is awful.

Frauds! Took a $1400 deposit from my father, signed contract, sent drunk employees to his home. Never communicated to inform my father , they canceled the contract!!! After not returning phone calls. This company is a joke! Beware
I am only giving this company 1 star because Google won't let me do otherwise. Please, if you are reading this, review S T O P and find another company to sell you your windows. These people are con-artists. Their Sales staff are absolutely terrible. DaBella DOES not do anything except price the windows and send them to be made. But the biggest problem is that their sales staff are trained properly. They come in with the "used car salesman" approach.
