RecommendedWe had Will and Eric out today from DaBella Flagstaff to inspect our roof. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. They showed us some items we didn’t know about or hadn’t seen on our roof. Looks like great product, we just couldn’t come to the right price after just buying our house. RecommendedWe had Jeremy and Isaiah out to give us an estimate on a new roof. They were both very pleasant and knowledgeable in what they do. ( My husband was a roofer and owned his own roofing company for 20+years). We negotiated back and forth and in the end it came down to price and they just couldn’t quite get there. We were just too far apart. We are however looking into seeing if our insurance company will cover the cost and we will definitely be calling them back out for their wonderful service. This company has been a nightmare to work with. They have lied, not calling back with answers when they should. We paid $42,000.00 dollars for a roof replacement. We were told 2 to 3 weeks are roof would be replaced. Excuse after excuse, and I even tried to cancel it to get someone else. Never and answer. Janice the project manager was called on May 5, 2025 and never got a call back to this day. After several cancelled dates for installation they finally came and completed the job on June 6, 2025.
