Kept their schedule and kept us informed as the project progressed. Courteous workers and the salesman, Richard was very professional and friendly. Reported damage but now found it to be the loss of some gutter helmet and the nailing of the end guard to the roof which destroys the function of the guard. The end piece was missing so instead to telling me they just nailed the end to the room instead of keeping with the functional design of the gutter. I reached out to HomeAdvisor for quotes on a full roof replacement. DaBella was one of four contractors who quoted my project, and I hired them the same day. Ryan was prompt and courteous and took the time to explain their value proposition. The quality of the materials, the craftsmanship and the fantastic warranty made this a simple decision.

There were some hiccups with customer service but once the general manager was made aware of them, he did his best to resolve the issues. The windows are great! We have noticed a huge difference in the amount of dust in the house, and noise reduction.
I feel I should have been given time to get some estimates, made it sound like they are the only ones with gaf but found there are others in area that use the gaf. Felt I could have gotten a better bid with someone else. The roof looks ok but due to cold they say it does not look fully flat and not curled. They broke my front porch light did not report it to me. They did at least clean up the mess but still I'm the one that has to have a new light installed.
