Jeff and Josh did a great job representing their windows and I feel comfortable with them doing the job in my home.

Kept their schedule and kept us informed as the project progressed. Courteous workers and the salesman, Richard was very professional and friendly. Reported damage but now found it to be the loss of some gutter helmet and the nailing of the end guard to the roof which destroys the function of the guard. The end piece was missing so instead to telling me they just nailed the end to the room instead of keeping with the functional design of the gutter. I hired them to replace my roof. As far as I can tell (since I will not get up on a ladder), they did a fine job. However, the work crew did not communicate with me about their schedule and when I needed to be around. They also did not clean up much at the end of each day, though they did clean up after they completed the work. The person who planned the job was great to work with.
