Sales team is great and helps put you at ease through the process. Customer service and resolution to issues is painstaking!! No communication between sales rep and construction crew. When inquiries or communication needed the sales guy would just state-"tell the crew". DaBella Exteriors LLC As with every transaction there are checks and balances. Our subdivision was developed in 1972. Beginning last fall and into Spring four houses on the block had new roofs installed, plywood to shingles et al. A new roof for this year was in our budget. It was a matter of who. The consultation with joel and curtiss was very informative. I learned alot, and the pricing was very similar to the competition with being a far superior product. Payment options were very flexible with 0% interest.
We are pleased with our new roof and felt the people involved all tried their best to make sure it was done right.

Although the replacement process of my roof has not been started yet I wanted to thank Asher King and Stephen Baxter, sales associates from DeBalla Exterior for taking the time to thoroughly inspect, measure, and explain to me the problems I currently have with the existing roof (complicated roof line with lots of valleys) along with the thorough replacement process, materials that DeBella Exterior use. Can't wait to see the finished product
This review is written before any work has begun. We met with two representatives in our home. They were very professional and knowledgeable of the roofing system. We signed a contract and financial agreement and are looking forward to the installation of our new roof. Our representatives were Lance Fagen and Bryce Bower.
To begin this review - The company, DaBella, took immediate action in follow up response for our consultation request. Thank you for not keeping us waiting! We live out on the coast and it usually takes several weeks to months for a response with an actual consult. At this time we have worked with Bryce Bowers and Dukens Surkin. While work on my project hasn't started yet I was so impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of Trever and Nathan with whom I met, that I want to comment. They explained the product, scope of work, financing options and timing so I know what to expect. I'm confident the work will be completed properly.
