DaBella hired a subcontractor for the job and they were very easy to work with and did a great job - Wright Bros. If we had hired Wright brothers directly, we would have had an estimate about $4000 less for our roof. There was an incorrect estimation of the amt of plywood we would need which DaBella was great about covering so our final $ came in at we was signed at the beginning.
We have ordered our siding, been measured and just waiting for the installation. Our salesperson, RJ was wonderful!
I like product. costs a little more but worth it.
The installers did a very good job. They were efficient and skilled and cleaned up well afterwards. A change order, however, required that the job cost much more than the original estimate and put it way beyond my budget.
This review is on the sales experience with Asher King and Monty Pederson. Asher is new and the lead sales person did not show up. He hit all the high-lights but was a bit disorganized because he did not expect to be the lead salesman. He did show me why I need a new roof and why their company is the right one to do the job. Monty came in at the end to lend support to Asher and helped with the paperwork to schedule the work. Brain and Jay did a great presentation. They showed the products to me and spoke to me in language that I understand. They both had knowledge of the products and took a lot of time explaining things to me. When I explained that I was a single mother with only one income, Jay really tried to do everything possible to help get it into the price and monthly payments I could afford. Thank you very much. This is our second business contract with DaBella Exteriors. Our first was a new roof about 3 years ago. Very impressed with the workmanship and the sales team.
*This review is for replacement of our asphalt shingle roof, not vinyl siding. Great customer service and the final result looks great! A couple of hiccups along the way, but Jay and Brian were quick to resolve our concerns.
