We were very happy with our new shower. The staff were courteous and professional. The shower was put together perfectly and installed with the same perfection. The contractor was dedicated and remained until the shower was just right.
We felt pressured into the deal and didn't get all of the pertinent information as the project went along.
I would give them a 4 based on the service and their professionalism. When it comes to the cost, I would tell them to get some bids. The job was done well.
