The last thing I wanted to hear as a new home owner was that my roof was actively leaking and needed attention right away. Dustin and Troy came to our new house in Weiser to inspect our roof and talk about its condition and what we might do or not do. They showed up on time, which made me happy. They seemed to be polite and energetic young men. They explained what they were going to do and then they did it. After inspecting the roof, they came inside crawl through the attic taking pictures. DaBella Ext. representatives Troy and Dustin scheduled an appointment to talk about roofing our house. First, they were on time. Both were highly informative, not pushy and answered all our questions. We were impressed by their knowledge, thoroughness and demeanor. Both are very personable and knowledgeable, and it was refreshing to work with them. They were respective of our house, taking off their shoes to not track in dirt.
