Installation crew did good job, considering weather. Communication from head office (scheduler/coordinator) was lacking. Phone calls were not promptly returned and consideration to keep customer informed seemed lacking.
I'm currently having DaBella's side the house with James Hardie (Hardie plank) siding and windows. Josh was very professional and was very patient for all of our questions pertaining to the project. When another contractor gave us a bid for the garage in primed Hardie, Josh was able to offer us the upgraded color plus for less than the other contractors primed and painted. Scott has been one of the few contractors that has been timely in responding to our questions and concerns. He's also well informed and has shown sensitivity to our situation. Craig Garrison did a through inspection of the roof. Showed us pictures of areas of concern! This helped paint a clear picture of the shape our roof was in. It was informative, clearly explained to us that we definitely needed a new roof.
