Etienne and Colin were very professional. Obviously, making a sell is the goal for most contracting that is done directly to homeowners, so there was an element of not giving up, but instead strong-arming, they were respectful, asked genuine and pertinent questions to my objections and worked with me to get what I was wanting for what I feel was a really good price. Tristan from springfeild Debella came out to our house to discuss our roof and he was absolutely amazing! He advocated for his company, itemizing their quality, efficiency and reliability. He gave us detailed information on price point and worked to get us discounts. His professionalism was astounding and he is a real asset to Debella. He needs a raise.
Etienne and Bridget showed up and went above and beyond with showing me the problems I wasn’t aware I had, showing the James Hardie and making it affordable for me. They were very professional and nice as well as knowledgeable, I believe they deserved a 10 star but there were only 5. They showed up and treated me like a human being and spent time with me, made my day.
MJ and Gheric did a great job helping me find some problems with my roof. They had an excellent presentation and Dabella’s exclusive roofing products are very high quality. I highly recommend Dabella!
