Etienne and Colin were very professional. Obviously, making a sell is the goal for most contracting that is done directly to homeowners, so there was an element of not giving up, but instead strong-arming, they were respectful, asked genuine and pertinent questions to my objections and worked with me to get what I was wanting for what I feel was a really good price.
