Richard Macklin came to our home and did a full inspection of our roof. He was very professional and friendly. He discovered and showed us parts of our roof that are in major need of repair and replacement. Richard was extremely knowledgeable about the best ways to go about not only fixing our roof, but also how to bring it up to code as well as make our home more energy efficient. He was able to answer and best explain all our questions. We are happy to say we decided to do business with Reve Exteriors and Richard.
This was our first time hiring to do a bathroom shower install and we are very pleased with the end result. Everything went smoothly from consult to install. The young man that did the install (Austin) was very thorough from start to finish. We thought they were a little pricey, but the quality of their product may be worth it. We weren't sure how to rate the value for money because this was our first time experience dealing with DaBella and hopefully they will stand behind their guarantees.
Tons of information on supplies, very polite and easy going people. Definitely a possible rehire. Also having windows replaced on a combined deal. Would have liked to do more through these guys.
Kyle Barritt, The young man who came out to our home was very helpful and informative and dressed like a real professional. He explained how the weather stopper roofing system worked and we really do have the peace of mind that we will not ever have to worry about a roof again.
Steve Elliott the sales person who came to my house was very helpful and could answer any question I threw at him, I was really happy with the products as well as the financing options reve exteriors offered.
The sales person implied they had there own specially trained crews, but that is not the case. I have a deck cover that attaches to the baseboard of the roof, which developed a leak after they were done. They said they would send someone out, but never did. The subcontractor crew did a good job on the roof itself.
I met with the project manager Kent Shannon. He was very polite and professional. He is a great person to work with. Also he took his time to describe how good the roof will be.
Salesman said it should be done before Thanksgiving, wasn't done until before Christmas. I had to call the office twice to even get scheduled. Salesman also said the installer would discuss cleaning products and hang the shower curtain, no rings needed. Neither of those things happened. Salesman also said we would receive a $25 gift card to Fred Meyer and we never received that, either. Don't get me wrong, he was very nice, and so was the installer, but we never got what we were promised.
Great company kyle barritt, the consultant who came to our house was very helpful in explaining the product and financing.
