Dale and Kiki were WONDERFUL to work with. Seamless and fast closing- highly recommend!
Dale gave good advice to go VA instead of conventional for a lower rate. He was able to explain things clearly when we had concerns that came up. When it came to closing he stayed open extra hours waiting on our funds from the sale of our home to be wired so that we could close on the day we were supposed to.
