This is the second time Dale has done a refinance for me and he did a great job just as he did the first time. He was very professional, reviewed all of my options, but most importantly told me I needed to act a week after we discussed it as he anticipated the rates could change. After locking in my rate he showed me the change that took place, which was not in my favor. Dale was great I have no idea what is involved buying a house, Dale sorted everything out and always explained all the different options so that we could understand and I could decide which would work best with me, Dale never pressured or pushed and would explain if we sounded unsure, with Dale we got great advice and a fantastic deal on our new home
