Dr. Hahn is a remarkable physician and surgeon. His skill level is in a class by itself. And he has a vunderful brrrain. Great guy.
This patient is quite happy, and quite impressed, with Dr. Hahn. There is an optimal mix of care and authoritativeness in his manner that I appreciate. I find my health concerns are comprehended and answered. And I find that these concerns are addressed decisively with the appropriate therapies. Thank you, Dr. Hahn.
Great experience Dr. Hahn made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough. He gave me my hearing back.
Had surgery in a perforated eardrum which I understood would restore most of my hearing. Spent that night in the ER with excessive swelling. Worst pain of my life. When I finally got the bandages and gauze removed and took the hearing test I had very little hearing remaining in the ear. He said that happens sometimes and handed me a hearing aid brochure.
While he was the only person to be able to diagnose my 13yo daughters unusual and difficult issue, he did not take the time to provide answers or hope. He was terrible. He is Uneducated in her diagnosis, as I later found out. He blamed too much of her issue on her anxiety. He told us stories about people with her condition who haven't left the house in 6 months. He told he didn't want to write a letter asking for accommodations at school because he didn't think they would come through with them anyway. Besides the diagnosis,... read more
Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever encountered in my life! I have an unusual and uncommon issue affecting my left ear that I have been affected by on and off since 2015. The original doctor that I was referred to could not see me and instead it was Dr. Rodgers in the same office (Dallas Ear Institute) that I had the appointment with. In order to save him time, I wrote a detailed one page overview that covered everything since 2015. He came into the office and asked me what my issue was. I handed him the paper so that he... read more
Not good. Arrived to surgery 4 1/2 hours late. I was in pre-op all that time waiting to have brain surgery. When I asked him about it, he said there was a scheduling misunderstanding. He didn’t seem to care at all. I was discharged without any instructions or information regarding care or when to follow up. I tried emailing him several times and all went unanswered. Lacks empathy and compassion. At follow up appointment, it was obvious he was in a rush to get my appointment over and out of the exam room as quickly as possibl... read more
Dr Hahn is great, his nurse is great billing department is horrible!!! Surgery scheduled month in advance and three days before surgery I get call from them telling me I need to pay my out of pocket cost . I was upset She understood and let me pay after surgery. Billing called and I paid what we agreed the out of pocket. She stated they got with my insurance and assured me no more cost from the surgery. So I paid. 3 months holiday season I get bill showing I owe. Be careful they get you bad!!
