My recent appointment at Dallas Ear Institute went very well and Leslie, Audiologist did an excellent job with my ear evaluation to see if I qualified for a cochlear implant. Dr Hahn is so calm and compassionate and I feel completely confident with his instructions for my care. Dr Page is kind, listens and responds well.
She didn't rush anything. She showed genuine concern for my comfort and ease throughout testing.
Dr. Whaling is very kind hearted, healthcare worker. She’s easy to speak to, and answers all of your questions at the level to what you are most comfortable. She won’t just tell you your results. She’ll show it to you on her iPad which is a great way to educate people most especially if they are visual learners. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have already completed this part of the review. She is the best!
Friendly service well under my questions
Staff was very nice and courteous. Person that performed the hearing test was very knowledgeable. Dr peters explained well my level of hearing loss and options for correction.
