RecommendedFriendly company. No matter who you talk to, the receptionist, or a technician, they are friendly across the board.. efficient work, nothing bad to say. Wish they would send an email or text reminder the day before.. that’s it though. Great company and the membership is worth it!
The gentleman that showed up was very friendly and helped me with a few settings he suggested! Was friendly with our cat. 😃
Friendly, knowledgeable, arrived on time and communicated well! Got our new toilet installed in no time. We will definitely do business with them again in the future! Added bonus- great with both our dog and our baby!
Lindsey just left and she was a sweetie. While here she checked my plumbing. There was water in the basement coming from a pipe with no end caps but not a problem she resolved the problem quickly and took care of the maintenance of my heating unit. She was very efficient and so personable. I look forward to when she comes back again for more maintenance.

Had a late night water heater problem. Called and got Daltons answering service. Told them the problem. Within 15 mins. a tech called and said he would be over as soon as he finished the job he was on. He came in and stayed to make sure the problem was solved. We had payed for Maintenace agreement earlier in the year when we had Daltons over to check over air conditioner. It has really payed off. Dalton team is outstanding!
Dalton staff is always professional and efficient. Have used them multiple times since we arrived in Iowa. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a great maintenance company.
