Dan and his team's process made for a fantastic experience. It was my first time with a refi and while the idea seemed intimidating, the process was everything but. Dan's team was alway responsive, transparent, and helpful. We chose Fairway over another lender who actually had a slightly better rate due to Dan's high level of communication and service. Dan and team helped us close a VA loan in 29 days, while other lenders were telling us it would be a minimum of 45 days, which just wasn't going to work in this market.
