We absolutely enjoyed working with Dana. She helped us secure the loan and reassured us that, even though we had a few obstacles, that we would get the home. The process was longer than anticipated, but Dana worked very hard to speed the process up as quickly as possible.

I wanted to write about the seamless process of selling and buying a new condo. Dana was professional and very involved in all facets. Any questions that I had were answered in a very timely fashion. This is our second time working with Dana! She is the best at what she does! She is super responsive, gets right back to you when you ask anything. In fact she was the one who reached out to us to refinance our home. She let us know there was low interest rates and she was able to get us a super great rate!! She goes beyond to make sure you get the best deal! We are extremely happy with the way she works with us and makes sure everything is clear in all aspects!

We really don’t have a way of thanking Dana enough. She went above and beyond for us. Thanks to her we have our dream home. My fiancé and I are first time buyers. She walked us through the process and answered all of our questions( and boy we had a bunch). If you are looking into buying a home I couldn’t recommend Dana Prince enough. I was very please with this whole process, Dana was helpful and provided so much info. She is on top of everything, I could call, texted or email her and she responded promptly. I really feel like she was on my side, and walked with me through the whole process. There was never a time I did not know what was happening through the loan process. I would recommend her 100 times.
