Dana was magic. Excellent communication and knowledge. We had a 203k loan on a fixer. It was a long and complicated process woth ups and downs but worth it undoubtedly. She worked so well with our agent she really made me feel I was on the winning team. I highly recommend Dana and am forever grateful for her help acquiring our dream home.

Dana was so easy to work with. As first time homebuyers we were extremely nervous about the process and she answered every question. We called her often and at random times of day and she was always available and gracious. We had a record 16 day close thanks to our awesome realtor and Dana!!! We could not be more pleased and we highly recommend her.

My loan Officer was Dana Prince. She was recommended to me by my Real Estate Agent. I was dealing with Dana over the phone from over 120 miles away. She was always there for me any time I called. Dana told me at the beginning that she would be doing that but I was a little skeptical being I was so far away. NOT SO, Dana kept me in the loop on every part of the loan process.
