Dane was highly and quickly responsive, efficient with time, immediately responsive to talk by phone when email wasn't sufficient for me, and he and team flexible and supportive with our documentation. The entire process was very fast relative to what I hear others are experience. Dane was also responsive, honest in his opinion but expressed flexibility when I raised concerns about interest rates potentially reducing and whether or not to delay closing.
