Dane as always is responsive, knowledgeable and thorough My experience will support staff was thatbthere was no communication, no timeline shared and a escrow officer who was not proactive but reactive. As the buyers, we were not informed of dates to sign documents etc resulting in a flail as last minute, a notary dashing from SF to san Ramon and she was not aware of the location she was driving to (a hospital and yhebChevron campus) Documents were missing from the file (wiring instructions)

There were just too many steps in the process. Would have been great to sign the documents at one time rather than every other day.
