Dr Below was great explaining everything that’s going to be needed in my procedure. The problem was when we went to check out and make an appointment for our next visit. It took the girl (Lorraine )approximately 15 minutes to figure out what was available. she was asking us questions like did we have an appointment today? And who is our insurance company? Wasn’t sure if she was new or not.

The doc was great but communication with staff was a little tasking. I was told I would speak with Cassidy, that was incorrect. But I finally got to speak with Dr. Ballew and got what I needed. I am NOT good with virtual visits or anything computer, and I apologize for that
One of my favorite Drs - knows his stuff and makes everything clear. In addition to that- he is very personable.
