It was like dealing with a close friend. He stayed in touch with me through the whole process. He is very friendly and thorough. I started the refinance on January 4, 2026 and closed on January 13, 2026. It was a real pleasure working with Steven and Royal United. I highly recommend Steven Casal. Daniel is the best I have ever worked with!! I was looking to refinance and cash out some of my equity. I received a call from Royal United the evening of December 2nd 2025. I originally talked to Michael Romero and then was connected to Daniel Casal. Both gentlemen were so pleasant and easy to speak with.
