It took a while to get everything going on the loan. I felt that communication could have been better between the team and us. They didn’t tell me until a week before closing that we needed to put less money down on the house and take part of planned money to pay our car down so debt to income ratio was lower . We had to hurry and get this done so this caused some stress . I felt that his team communicated with each other but didn’t always relay the same messages to us .His team was great
He was easy to get a hold of and always responded to every text, email or phone call.
