Not specifically Daniel but overall the process was very … out of control feeling. Information was relayed late, I had one of the loan people repeatedly email my boss via an email they grabbed off of an email I sent. It wasn’t a big deal but I was never looped in and my boss would bring up he was getting random emails asking about our bonus structure and any other questions they came up with. Daniel was fantastic!! All the spam and marketing emails from “Jeff” were completely unacceptable and an abuse of our contact info as customers. Anything that came in from “Jeff” was impersonal and junk, and did nothing but cause frustration and unnecessary clutter while going through the process with Daniel. This should really be revisited on your end, since communications to your customers are so crucial and time sensitive during the closing and funding process.
