We feel we had a great experience. But our biggest complaint was being asked over and over for the same information without being given an explanation as to why you needed it again. Some things were sent 3 times. It was very frustrating! Having better communication as to why, would have made the experience better.

Very pleasant and helpful. As a first time home buyer I didn’t understand a lot of things and she took the time to explain and make me feel comfortable with the process.

The interactive analysis at the start of the process made the review of the options understandable. This made it much more digestible to make a decision on the options I was presented with. Couple this with the one-on-one guidance provided by Danielle, the information and guidance were invaluable. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and up to-date on what was going on; uploading and providing documents was an easily and seamless process; and overall, the process was painless.
