Very detailed presentation. Easy to follow and useful information.
Great training. Dan was engaging & energetic.
The workshop did not keep in mind the audience. It was mainly for those in production. However, there were several times in the workshop that the presenter stated that what he mentioned was not important for the attendees to know when in fact it was since I am not in production and deal with small quantity shipment. In addition, the webinar had audio issues which caused some points to not come in clearly, if at all. Lastly, a four hour webinar needs more than two 10 minute breaks. That is a lot of seat time.
