See my Yelp review, it explains it all! Not to mention just recently, I went in to have my retainers adjusted because I misplaced them and haven't worn them in about 6 months. Needless to say, my teeth have shifted and need some help! I was offered to wear braces again, free of charge, for about 4 months. FREE!! Most likely, I'll get the permanent retainers after this second round so it won't happen again! Something is wrong here. Not once was someone crabby or rude to me during the 2+ years I visited Dr. Gonzales’ office. In fact everyone was incredibly welcoming and delightful during my appointments. Dr. Gonzales is a great person with the patience of a saint. When I found that Invisalign wasn’t working for me (I needed traditional braces I couldn’t remove and forget to put back in), Dr. Gonzales changed my course of treatment without reservation, judgment or annoyance.
