Went here for the first time today after switching from another Danvers dentist. I was very impressed with the level of detail I was given upfront and was encouraged to ask questions. Susan cleaned my teeth and was very thorough. She was efficient, but took the time to make sure I didn't have any questions. She was very upbeat which actually made going to the dentist a pleasant experience. The best dentist ever! Everyone is warm, friendly and caring. Every step of the way they take the time to make sure you're comfortable and explain what they will be doing so you understand the process. Overall my experience shows me they value my time as much as theirs, they care about their patients as people, not just another file and I've never felt that they are trying to sell you something you don't need.
I was referred to Dr. Vora from a co-worker who did have a fear of dentists so I decided to give her a try.This was actually my second visit and I figured I should probably give her a review since I really like her office. Over the last five years the office has gone above and beyond to assist me with all my dental needs. I truly appreciate how the office takes take a personal and modern approach. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
I have been a patient of Dr. Vora's for almost two years and have to admit that she is one of the best dentists I have ever had. I came to Dr. Vora for a second opinion and really liked her, so switched immediately. She is very professional, thorough and has all the qualities one might be looking for in a dentist. I never felt like I am being "cross-sold" so to speak on any of the procedures. If you have a complicated case, she would never act as a "jack of all trades" that is eager to get their hand on more expensive procedures. Dr. Vora is amazing. I don't normally get around to writing reviews as have two young children that keep me very busy! I am terrified of the dentist and Dr. Vora and her assistants are wonderful. For some reason anesthetic always takes forever to take effect on me and I feel some pain for a while and require lots of time and more injections. I had put off getting my chip tooth fixed for years and knew that veneers was something I wanted at some point. Throughout the process, Dr. Vora was patient, kind, and informative. For the actual procedure, she made me as comfortable as possible. The next day, she even called to follow up and see how I was feeling. I ended up with beautiful veneer for my front tooth.
