Dr. Vora and Melissa have been so helpful. All the rest of the staff are so sweet. They have gone above and beyond to help me through some difficult situations and kept me comfortable the whole time. I would recommend this facility to anyone, even if it is just for a basic cleaning.
I am thoroughly impressed by the treatment I've gotten here. I hadn't found a dentist in Boston since I moved (4 years ago), and would go to my old dentist on visits home. I missed a few cleanings over the past couple years and found myself with an awful toothache and no one to call. Let me start by saying right when I walked in, everyone in the building was smiling and ready to serve. The receptionists were very kind and I only had to fill out a few papers that took about 2-3 min. They told me to get comfortable and I will be seen shortly, they have a plethora of magazines to read with background music to put you in a zen type place. Best dental experience I have ever had. Totally professional and a zero pain experience. I am used to dentists in England ?????????????? that I consider butchers, so this was great. Also very funny and some nice music for relaxation. I would recommended this office to anybody.
