rachana Vora dmd: experience definitely not great on either of my two recent visits. both the opening and todays impression work took a really long time to execute with what seemed to be a lot of fumbling and surprisingly poor muscle memory skills, especially on the part of the older periodontist . I do understand that Anne Marie's notes were a source of confusion, but I would think that the correctly sized healing cap and screwed in guide could have been easily determined by fit and feel even if one had done these procedure... read more

My hygienist was sweet but I feel she had not much experience! It was the worst experience I have ever had for a cleaning....from beginning to the end! I even stopped her once and asked her if she was new and just finished school. I’m sorry to complain but I feel it’s necessary to let you know! I’ll make sure to see my normal hygienist for my next visit!

I received several phone calls in the past month to change and confirm my appointment for today. It wasn’t easy for find the right day but we were able to make it work. I drove three hours from upstate New York today to me sure I was on time just to be told that my visit wasn’t covered by my insurance yet. I wish I was told ahead of time that way I wouldn’t have driven for three hours in vain.

I now have a chip on the backside of my right front tooth. It is sensative to hot and cold. I did not have this chip before my most recent appointment. During the procedure I thought I felt one of the tools hit my tooth in this exact place, but with Novocain and stress about running late for work I wasn't sure. Now I have a chipped tooth.

The crown is not working out. Can’t put any pressure on the tooth. It’s sensitive to hot and cold and is not hitting the tooth below properly. That part of my upper jaw feels like it’s on fire now. I just started a a new job and don’t have the time to take to get this fixed let alone being up half the night with the discomfort. Do you have any ideas? Not a happy camper that the nerves were left in a compromised tooth in the first place. I want the one with the new crown fixed without disrupting my work.

My front lower teeth are very sensitive since after my cleaning. This has never happened to me before. I felt the hygienist was a little rough. I will not be returning and would like to cancel my sons appointment for today.

unfortunately I am not a Facebook etc. member. marasol impressed me GREATLY on all parameters: good motor skills, apparently superb clinical skills, and very definitely superb patient interaction. if there is such a thing as excellence in an employee, you have it in her. you simply run a GREAT show.
