Extremely dishonest and will overbill for alleged "exams". We have been taking Wyoming there for over a year and our other dog Vilks was recently taken there about 3 months ago. Today, we take Wyoming in for her lepto/parvo shot and we were told it was 30 dollars. When I was paying to check out they told me 91 dollars and I questioned why so much, they informed us of an "exam" they charged for today for 61 dollars.The vet literally had me handle Wyoming and just pinched her skin and gave her a shot. brought my almost 10 yr old boy in bc he woke up peeing blood. the doctor barely looked at him, claimed they didn't see anything worrying in his urine and that he had a UTI. sent him home with antibiotics. ended up having to rush my boy to the u of I where I found out he had a mass on his spleen and had been bleeding internally the entire time!!!! unfortunately it was to late to help him. why didn't they see this this 2 weeks ago when I brought him in peeing blood?!?!?!? oh yeah bc they barely looked at him..... also whe... read more
These people nearly killed my sisters cat. We used them as an emergency source because our vet was closed. Her cat popped her stitches open and it started getting infected. My sister brought her cat here to hopefully get new stitches put in, a cone, and antibiotics. They sent her home with the cone and antibiotics and a $124 bill. Her cat now has a hernia forming which can lead to organ failure. RecommendedI DONT RECOMMEND COMING TO THE GOD AWFUL PLACE!! THEY MISDIAGNOSED MY KITTEN AND WE HAD TO TWKE HIM TO AN EMERGENCY VET. HE ENDED UP HAVING TO BE PUT TO SLEEP BECAUSE OF THERE IGNORANT ASSHOLE’s OF DOCTORES. DONT COME TO SMALL ANIMAL CLINIC
They are still having computer issues after 3 months so no Dr. on call yet again. why advertise you do if you cant staff your clinic
care about your animal and do there job properly they are not caring about your pet as much as money and lack of knowledge on the what needs done
