Dr. J operated on my wife's rotator cuff problem. She was to the point the arm was nearly useless. He told her it would turn out great...Dr. J and the PA met with her before surgery and assured her it would turn out great. The after surgery visit was only by the PA and he kept saying I did this and I did that. When she asked him if the doctor did anything he was nervous and said he was there in the room with them. Well it didn't turn out great and now the arm is nearly as useless as before.
Never did see the Doctor! Appointment was at 1:20 pm. I finally left at 2:30 pm. No one advised me why the Doctor never showed up. Maybe he wasn't there!
