I thought everyone was informative, helpful, pleasant. It became obvious though the process to get everything pulled together is flawed. We were being one document at a timed to death. I already have huge demands on my time. The purchase do this home is not the only thing I do. To stop everything else I am doing for one item to only then be stopped again for one item was ludicrous.
