Our original bank was unable to provide a final approval due to a building issue. We started the process with Mark Ikehara, and he was able to persuade the seller to wait a couple more weeks to close the loan. This was probably the most difficult part of the closing process and one most brokers would have balked at. Mark went above and beyond.
