Everyone did great especially with the hand that was felt them. The process took a little longer than expected, but I do understand with this type of loan there is a ton of extra paperwork. Very please!
The Stockton Mortgage Team (Dave, Beth, and Renee) were all wonderful to work with. They were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, organized, and personable. They made our home buying process much smoother and were excellent in guiding us, providing insights, answering our questions where needed, and their high level of communication was appreciated by all parties involved. We highly recommend the Flashner Team for your real estate needs and thank you all for supporting us throughout our home buying process!!
Great service.
Thanks for your help.
Communication was great. I think all the staff were honest and supportive of me. It got a little confusing once there were multiple people involved, but as far as I can tell everything went according to plan with my new mortgage.
Easy, professional, exceptional customer care
They were incredible, from the time of approval to closing. I was kept super informed every step of the way and their costumer care and professionalism is above and beyond. So happy I went with Stockton and their incredible team. Thank you!
Another great interaction with Stockton. Quick responses and clear explanation of options and what would be best for my families finances!
Great communication and friendly people
