I recently purchased a home which I hadn't done in 24 years. The amount on information and paperwork you have to deal with is overwhelming to say the least. Dave made it as easy as one could possibly make. He would send emails with links to the documents that could be electronically signed. Dave Marcus was an amazing loan officer to work with. He provided assistance, direction, and guidance all the way through the loan process.
