Dave was recommended to us by our realtor, Stephanie Calinoff. I have to be honest, I was very skeptical about working with someone I didn't know personally or through family but from the minute we met Dave, we all clicked and I knew he was a genuine good person. He was professional and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend working with him, he is very knowledgeable and an all around nice guy!

My wife and I worked with Dave to purchase our new home. Throughout the entire experience from preapproval to the closing table I found him to be a true proffesional in every aspect of the word. Dave was very knowledgable, punctual and quickly responded to every question we had. I would highly recommend him to anyone

Dave was very helpful and easy to work with during the whole process of getting us a Mortgage. He was very responsive and got us the best available rate. He also answered all our questions and gave us many options on the types of mortgages. Dave made the Mortgage process the easiest part of my Home buying experience.

Highly recommended. From the first time we met till the day of closing dave stood by my side and assured me and my family that all would be ok. As first time homebuyers we needed guidence and dave was their to do so. Dave was completely honest and professional. He and his staff were excellent. I was referred to Dave by a realtor I met at an open house. His responsiveness and attention to details were impeccable. I had originally reached out to another lender two weeks prior to the open house, submitted all my information and never heard back from them. At the open house, I was asked for my pre-approval letter. Since I didn't have one, the realtor called Dave, we spoke and within 10-15 minutes, I was able to find out how much buying power I had and how much the monthly payments would be.
