I used Dave for both my original mortgage when purchasing my house, and most recently to refinance. In both situations, Dave was extremely communicative, always having timely responses to any of my questions or requests. He made the process run smoothly and be minimally challenging for someone (myself) who knew little about the process! My refinance was made so easy that I would do it again if I had to!

Dave is fantastic!!! He always makes himself available and on the occasion he isn’t, he always get right back to you. I’m a busy teacher and a single mom but Dave came right to my classroom to make things easy for me. So convenient and a pleasure to work with : )

I received a notice that we could possibly refinance and reached out to Dave, who did my initial mortgage three years ago. He very quickly set up the paperwork for my refinance and we were done with everything in a month! I am always greatly impressed with Dave's professionalism and always making himself available for his clients. Highly recommend Dave as always!
