I've never had a problem with this location the only reason I'm putting a 3 star is because last night they did us dirty ahhh. I made a mobile order, and when I got home we realized there's no chicken in my slider!! Like what? I tried calling the store few times no answer. I made a report haven't heard back yet still going to wait . I was pretty upset it's not cheap. The girl who handed me my order was very nice tho and had a great service. I'm addicted to Dave's Hot. The Reaper is NO JOKE though. They made me sign a waiver that I thought was just part of schtick, but I took one bite and for the next hour my mouth was on fire I even drank an entire milkshake. Anyway, the staff warned me but I did not listen
It's our first time here, friendly service so far, will update after eating! Brought the kids in tow, will see what they think as well *Updating* we loved it! Very tasty, not a fan of coleslaw at all but I left it on the chicken sandwich and was glad I did. Fries were delicious. We will definitely be back

I recently came with a friend and found out they have cauliflower bites now?! What! They're surprisingly really good, although I think the spice level of mild has better flavor with the cauliflower. I got medium for the chicken and I had like two regular nuggets and a tiny of 1. A bit sad...but the deal is better with the fries and everything on it.

Been here a few times. Always greeted with amazing service and hospitality from workers. Food is always amazing alongside the shakes! Definitely recommend Dave's in Northridge!
